This Week’s Verse - Jer. 4:14

“Wash your heart from evil, O Jerusalem, that you may be saved.  How long will your wicked thoughts lodge within you?”
Jeremiah 4:14

We covered this verse in our Bible class Wednesday.  It was also submitted recently by a member as a good verse to feature.

Only by washing our hearts from evil can we draw near to God (Heb. 10:22; James 4:8), and there is no salvation apart from Him (Acts 4:12).

When wicked thoughts lodge within us, it is time to evict them.
