This Week’s Verse - Isa. 59:2

“But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.”

Isaiah 59:2

Sin is serious business.  It creates a chasm that comes between you and God.  It builds a barrier that keeps Him from seeing and hearing you.

Christ came to cover the chasm, to break down the barrier.  It cost His life, but He was willing to pay the price because of His great love for you (1 John 3:16).  Don’t continue in sin and invalidate His great sacrifice.
