This Week’s Verse - Phil. 4:6

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”

Philippians 4:6

We live in an anxious world, but Paul wrote that we as Christians should not be anxious – about anything.  Instead, we should pray to God about everything, requesting His help with the cares we face in this life.  The result?  “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (:7).  What a comforting thought to know that God’s peace will guard our hearts and minds to protect them from the anxieties felt by so many others.  What a great God we serve!
